With a career that spans clinical nutrition, food service, brand building, publishing, and education, Laura has dedicated herself to bridging the gap between science and culinary arts to promote healthier living. Her work in acute and preventive care has allowed her to help individuals navigate their health journeys. At the same time, my experience in food service and brand development has empowered businesses to create meaningful, nutritious dining experiences.
As an author and educator, Laura shares her knowledge through books, publications, and her column, Laura's Corner Table, guiding professionals and the general public toward better food choices. Her commitment extends to non-profit work, where she collaborates with community programs that foster wellness and provide access to nutrition education. Laura's goal remains the same through every facet of her career: to inspire and enable others to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
